How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders are processed within 24 hours by our team. Typically all of our items will be manufactured, verified, processed and dispatched within 1-4 days and received to you within 7-25 business days approximately. Please be aware this time-frame may vary upon your location, time of year, environmental factors etc. which may affect the delivery process during the shipping of your items. We will be in contact with you during the process of your shipping, so you'll have peace of mind.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We ship for free!
If you wish to order and the shipping option isn't available, please contact us email@example.com before placing your order and we shall arrange to see if your order is possible to your shipping location.

How can I change my order?

However, once we have processed your order we are unable to make any changes, such as if you ordered the incorrect quantity, colour etc. unless you notify us before we process your order.

Please ensure that you follow the sizing chart before ordering. There also may be a 1 - 3cm difference due to manual measurement. If you are between sizes it may be more suited to size up on some items, however you should still refer back to the sizing chart.

We may experience limited supply and other factors affecting the shipping process to high demand etc. However all orders are processed within 24 hours by our team. Typically all of our items will be manufactured, verified, processed and dispatched within 1-4 days and received to you within 7-25 business days approximately. Please be aware that this time-frame may vary upon your location, time of year, environmental factors etc. which may affect the delivery process during the shipping of your items. Larger quantity orders may be delivered during various periods to you.
Please note that we do not have control over shipping times or delays. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our first couriers to the local courier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has excited it's original location.

Details on returns?
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee and if in the rare case you are unsatisfied with your items, we will issue a partial refund or offer a discount on your next purchase. This saves both parties involved the time, effort and cost for shipping.
We do not accept returns on swimwear, underwear, bodysuits or shoes due to hygiene reasons.
If a return is being arranged with a member of our team, we must ask that items are returned in new condition in original packaging and tags attached, to our address that will be provided to you.
In the unlikely event a customs charge is placed on your order preventing delivery, we do not cover the cost of this charge.
If you have entered your address incorrectly and not informed us, we are unable to issue a refund once the order has already been processed and shipped; this also applies in the rare case if you change your mind about your order.
If we have set up an offer for either a new size or different product, you will no longer be eligible for a return/refund.
Returns are not eligible for items that were/are on a exclusive/seasonal limited time offer and on items where a discount was used at checkout.
We provide sizing charts in the description of product pages to ensure you know which size will suit you best. Returns are not eligible such as if you have incorrectly chosen an incorrect size or incorrect quantity.
To be eligible for a return, it must first be arranged and accepted by a member of the team. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging that you have received.
