BONDUNO x Miss Newcastle x Sunshine Fund

We are pleased to announce that our official ambassador, Mia Kelly, Miss Newcastle 2019, is fundraising for The Chronicle Sunshine Fund!

We will be supporting Mia in her journey during the fundraising process, with us offering our elegant items to raise funds for the charity.

'The Chronicle Sunshine Fund provides specialist equipment for children with disabilities or special needs, to improve the quality of their lives. The fund is helping North East children in special schools, learning units, hospitals and also individual families.'

All proceeds from purchases made via the 10% off code 'MKELLYCHARITY' will be directly donated toward Mia's fundraising page, for The Chronicle Sunshine Fund. The end date of her fundraiser is 15/06/19, so be involved today & support a positive cause!

Read Mia's story below:

"This year I have the once in a lifetime opportunity to compete in Miss Newcastle 2019 and I am so honoured to have the chance to be apart of such an event! Although events such as this often have the stigma of being all about image and beauty, Miss Newcastle strives to remove this, with a massive focus on raising money for local charities in need. Being the youngest in the competition, I know this journey will build my confidence, open opportunities for universities (boosting my personal statement and CV), give me unforgettable memories and the chance to raise money for an amazing cause, something I want to continue in the future. Due to this I want to give this experience my all and would greatly appreciate any contributions (no matter how small!!) to go towards the Sunshine Fund. The Chronicle Sunshine Fund is a North East charity enhancing the lives of local children with disabilities by funding life changing equipment to meet their specialist needs. They support babies, children and young adults up until their 19th birthday by providing them with equipment not available through the NHS or Social Services. They fund equipment such as specialist beds, trikes, wheelchairs and sensory equipment. The charity is not funded and relies on the generosity of local organisations, communities and individuals to raise £450,000 annually. So please help me reach my target!!"
